We have been to Shreveport many times, this was the first trip we realized Eldorado had a Buffet. In the past we've tried the all the other casinos buffets (some better than others), but by far we agree this was the best buffet in Shreveport. I'd go so far as to say best buffet I've ever had anywhere.
